PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
SAP Information Technology (SAP IT) is in charge of more than 50.000 users and thousands of SAP systems.

The Account Mgmt Team within Global IT is responsible for Client engagement, Demand and Portfolio Management. Our organization drives the IT project portfolio across all LoBs. We collaborate with our partners to enable and ensure IT delivers against our commitments.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
As working student in the SAP IT Account & Portfolio you will support our team in managing the following tasks:* Support the Portfolio Mgmt Team in their daily tasks
* Preparation of trainings and recorded sessions
* Contribute to presentations on upper Mgmt/ Board Level
* Drive requirement handling for Portfolio Planning Tools
* Develop validation checks to ensure data quality

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
* Student (f/m) at a university or university of applied sciences (FH)
* Preferred field(s) of study: Basic studies successfully passed in Business or Business Informatics
* Excellent skills in MS Office, in particular in MS Excel, Powerpoint
* Fluent in English and German
* Team Player with good communication skills and used to work independently
