PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Service Business Development is part of Small and Mid-sized Enterprises (SME) Service and Support. This support organization for SME and channel business is focused especially on SAPs newest solution SAP® Business ByDesign(TM).
We cover all tasks to get our sales and channel teams ready to position and sell support and additional service offerings. This starts with service definition and goes up to field enablement. We support sales positioning during market introduction. Furthermore we are in direct and daily contact with our sales force to further improve the value description of our services. We are developing all kinds of materials to support sales and we support and guide marketing activities to create and foster demand.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
As a member of Service Business Development you will be part of a small and passionate team getting new service concepts rolled out.

In order to enhance our existing SAP® Business ByDesign(TM) service portfolio, we are looking for a confident person working with us to get our offerings ready for market introduction and to support roll-out and roll-in activities. You will also support us in our daily business with tasks such as creating sales-relevant assets and reporting and analysis to help us to promote new services.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
* Student (f/m) of a university or a university of applied sciences
* Preferred fields of study include: business, business engineering, or computer science
* Experience with Microsoft Office and especially Microsoft PowerPoint
* Fluency in written and oral English and German
* Open minded, communicative
* Affinity for sales and marketing
