PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Business Solutions and Technology Operations (BST Operations) is a dynamic operations team that services all the units and people of the board area Business Solutions and Technology. BST Operations is responsible for driving organizational alignment as well as optimizing BST's efficiency and effectiveness over time.

Main missions of the BST Operations team include:
* Manage central processes in BST (including BST Governance Model)
* Corporate & Business Planning and Alignment
* Support aligned and sustainable BST wide Capacity Demand-Supply-Match
* IT and specific cross projects & initiatives
* Manage BST wide meetings and events (DFC, DKOM, Chair Meetings)

We are looking for a talented and experienced student supporting the second level support team of a staffing tool and to assist Program / Project Managers as needed.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
* Work on the further development (concept, development, testing) of a staffing tool that is being used by approx. 200 users to staff approx. 4.500 developers on development programs
* Help support team to resolve end user issues
* Support tool rollouts
* Develop and run reports (in VBA)
* Assist program / project managers with administrational tasks

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
* Student (f/m) at a university or university of applied sciences
* Preferred fields of study: computer science, business information technology or related fields
* Solid VBA programming skills & experience in Microsoft Office environment
* Very good knowledge in MS SQL Server setup & administration
* Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office products
* Fluency in English and German languate - oral and written
* Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
* Excellent communication skills
