PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
SAP operates an innovative global HR Operations organization that includes HR shared services centers in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA); Asia, Pacific, and Japan; and the Americas. In EMEA,the organization serves over 22,000 employees in about 50 countries.

The service portfolio encompasses a wide range of HR services.The mission of HR Operations is to partner with other HR professionalsto meet the needs of SAP's businesses and employees. Throughsimplified tools, we exceed our clients' expectations for global ease of use and ensure that their requirements are clearly addressed. We achieve these goals through the HR team's continued hard work,continuous improvement of key processes, and enhanced automation.

An HR Operations Associate in our General HR team in Germany works closely with HR Business Partners and the business support center Europe in Prague.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
* Handle and take responsibility for reference processes
* Act as the contact partner for HR business partners, managers, and employees for all issues related to reference process

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
* Student (f/m) of a university or university of applied sciences
* Fields of study: business administration preferable with a specialization in human resources
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office
* Knowledge of the SAP ERP application is an asset
* Good command of both German and English
* High standards of reliability and integrity
* Pleasant, confident manner on the telephone and in person
* Ability to keep a clear head when things get hectic
* Enjoyment of working in a virtual team
