PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
SAP Cloud Services - Global Service Center is an international service organization in an exceedingly dynamic environment.
As division with a focus on On Demand Services of the management board of Business Solutions & Technology we contribute significantly to the advancements of SAP's service offerings and to the position of our software in the fast growing market for On Demand software.

The Global Cloud Service Center acts as a Service Provider which covers all OnDemand Solutions of SAP. We deliver customer and business partner specific value added cloud services so that our customers get most out of their On Demand Solution. We deliver our services remotely from locations across the world.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Your main action field will be the support of a Business-to-Business network by communicating with Business Partners.

You are responsible for gathering required information for business projects, as well as providing our business partners with information about the project and coordinate and plan conversations and dates among them. You help the customer during the preparation for the project, monitor and report the process and track issues.

For these tasks, you are in the best case communicative, like to deal with people and you are open minded as well as customer orientated. Due to the high global reach of our business network we appreciate English skills in oral and written as well as further foreign languages (Spanish, French or Italian). WORK EXPERIENCE

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
* Student (f/m) at a German university or university of applied sciences
* Preferred fields of study: Translation/Interpreting, Business Administration, International Management or any other business or language related fields
* Good knowledge in standard software (MS Office)
* Very good command of English and additional Italian and/or Spanish and/or French language - verbal and written
* Self-motivated team player with very good communication skills, open- minded personality, high customer orientation and commitment
* Conceptual and analytical mindset
