PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
SAP Rapid Deployment Solution Unit is in charge of developing SAP Solution Packages & Accelerators as Add On Solutions based on standard SAP Applications.

The Packaging Cross Function Unit within SAP Rapid Deployment Solution Unit supports the Solution Development Process with consistent Project Management and Project Controlling Methods, Reporting Tools and Processes.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
As working student or intern (f/m) in the Packaging Cross Function Operation Unit (focused on Project Office) you will support our team in managing the following tasks:
* Daily tasks of the Project & Operation Office
* Preparation / organization Support of Decision & Operation Meetings
* Creation of Service Catalogues
* Creation of Project Lead Operation Handbooks
* Creation of Reports
* Documentation of processes
* Work in High Performance Teams in Rapid Deployment Solution Environment

We are searching for a working student or an intern (f/m) to support the following focus activities:
* Organization of events for the Project Office
* Introduction of Project Controlling over all projects with respective KPIs, reporting and Quality checks
* Rapid Deployment Solution Project & Reporting Organization

WORK EXPERIENCE

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
* Student (f/m) of a university or university of applied sciences
* Preferred fields of study: Business or Business Informatics or Natural Science
* Very good skills in MS Office, in particular in MS Excel & MS Power Point
* Good language skills in English and German are essential
* Team Player with good communication skills and used to work independently
* Interest in project management and project controlling. Project experience is advantageous.
