PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The SAP® Business ByDesign(TM) solution is a cornerstone of SAPs future strategy to deliver a complete on-demand suite for the mid-markets ready-for-volume business with excellent user experience and end-user productivity.

SAP Business ByDesign encompasses a holistic set of pre-configured industry reference systems in order to quickly enable customers to leverage proven best practices with low total cost of ownership. SAP Business ByDesign resembles a highly adaptable and extensible solution that can grow with added future requirements of our small and midsize enterprise customers.

The SAP Business ByDesign Knowledge Management team is responsible for creating and delivering Help as well as Built-In Learning content.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
We are looking for two working students (f/m) with excellent French skills to support us with the production of learning material as well as an online help.

Your tasks include: * Support the production of learning material, for example, system demos, assessments, and other training material
* Support the audio production of system demos in your native language
* Copy edit learning material created by non-native speakers
* Provide Knowledge Transfer support for SAP Business ByDesign customers

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
* Student (f/m) at a university or university of applied sciences
* Preferred fields of study: Languages, Technical Writing, IT or related fields
* Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Good knowledge of HTML would be a great advantage
* Excellent oral and written French and good English language skills
* Quality awareness and reliability
* Highly committed and proactive
* Precise and well-structured way of working

Please describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs/programming languages as well.
