PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
SAP Active Global Support is recognized for its world-class service and support offerings. We continuously strive to further improve our service portfolio and engagement programs with the goals of optimizing our customers solutions and safeguarding their operations.
SAP Remote Service Delivery with more than 300 experienced employees involved in Dispatching, Service Preparation, Delivery and 2nd Level tasks guide customers through a smooth start of production, upgrade or OS/DB migration. With EarlyWatch Alert and EarlyWatch Check RSD helps customers to monitor system operations and business processes.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
You will support our team by scheduling and preparing the Remote Services and by analyzing automatically created status reports of customers systems.
You will work closely with a delivery team in Dresden and communicate with involved parties of the SAP Solution Support. During your internship you will get to know the SAP product and service portfolio.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
* Student (f/m) of an university or a university of applied sciences (business sciences)
* MS Office knowledge, SAP skills advantageous
* Fluency in oral and written German and English
* Good communication and analytical skills
* Teamplayer
* Flexibility and ability to work on your own
