PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The mission of the HEC Delivery organization within the Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) Unit is to build and operate the HANA Enterprise Cloud (HEC) Portfolio. This is an enabling function to help customers to gain advantage out of HANA without the necessity to invest in infrastructure and operations know-how. The power of HANA shall be easy and cloudlike to be consumed to accelerate and enable HANA adoption in the market. Besides day to day administration we are driving/part of strategic pilot projects for new technologies as reference for SAP customers.
HEC Delivery - Productization is a sub-unit that enables and supports the HEC Delivery units with providing tool and procedure standardization and automation for their highly dynamic working environment.
HEC Delivery - Productization has the following responsibilities

* Standardization, optimization and stabilization of system lifecycle management processes Requirements Engineering (Roll-in / Roll-out)

* Organizing and running test activities

* Roll-in / Roll-out of Procedure Changes to MCD Operations teams


* Setup, administration and governance of the Verification Lab (VLAB)

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

SAP Fieldglass is currently seeking a Solutions Consultant to work in a variety of capacities within the Professional Services organization. Ultimately, Solutions Consultants are responsible for consulting on industry best practices and driving client behavior to ensure revenue realization and acceleration. Moreover, the Solutions Consultant will interface with clients, executive leadership, and internal teams to provide subject matter expertise on the solution design, delivery, and support of the Fieldglass application in a post-sales environment.

* Build and maintain working relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders in various phases of the customer lifecycle, including Sales, Implementation, Account Services, Development, Product Management and Application Support.

* Work with project teams during the implementation phase to ensure revenue acceleration, client satisfaction, and industry best practice implementation.

* Mentor internal employees through project interactions to increase their knowledge of application use as well as their ability to influence and drive client behavior.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

* Since we are an international team; you will be working with internal and external colleagues from all over the globe, we require business fluent German and English language skills (oral/written)

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, or a related degree.

* At least 5+ years of experience working in a software organization in a client-facing role.

* At least 3+ years of experience working the SAP Fieldglass VMS application and in Cloud products and it’s deployment

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

Our team is supporting SAP’s cloud fulfillment and cloud provisioning processes for all SAP cloud products. We are responsible to design the corresponding business processes, to implement them together with SAP’s business development teams, and to provide configuration services and data governance services for SAP’s cloud solutions.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

We are looking for a Senior Development Project Consultant to join our international, cross-cultural development team within the Cloud Lifecycle Management unit to extend our services in the areas of cloud provisioning orchestration and automation as well as cloud landscape data management.
In this role, you will:

* Discover and discuss requirements with our internal customers

* Design and define processes based on these requirements

* Implement processes together with SAP’s business development teams

* Consult our SAP cloud product stakeholders on the business process

* Implement business process configuration

* Contribute to our data management initiatives

* Acquire user feedback to create business requirements for future development

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Functional Skills

* Deep knowledge on Sales and Cloud Delivery processes

* Proven technical skills to understand the full cloud stack: from cloud applications to cloud infrastructure

* Project management skills are beneficial

* Being able to read and understand ABAP-OO Coding is beneficial

* Knowledge of ITIL processes is beneficial

Personal Skills

* Proven ability to work in an international team environment

* Strong problem-solving abilities and out-of-the box thinking

* Creativity, and a strong capacity for independent thinking is a must have

* Must have excellent communication and presentation skills in English

* Proficient in German language


WORK EXPERIENCE

4+ years of work experience as a business/technical consultant or as a developer in the outlined skills and competencies. Experience in working with international teams is of advantage.
