PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

SAP’s Chief Innovation Office has a global responsibility for exploring new markets, as well as introducing disruptive technologies and new business models while cultivating an innovation-friendly environment throughout SAP.
We are looking for a working student to support on day-to-day operational tasks in key areas such as customer and partner engagements, leadership presentations, travel management and qualification of inbound requests. As part of our Strategy and Operations team, you will have the opportunity to directly work with the office of the SAP Chief Innovation Officer at the Innovation Center in Potsdam as well as our offices in Berlin Mitte. You will have the chance to get insights of how one of the most valuable DAX companies in Germany drives innovation in the fast-paced software industry and learn to execute on SAP’s innovation strategy.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

As working student for the CInO Office you will provide support and ensure smooth operations on executive level through:

* Creating presentation for executive customer and partner meetings

* Creating briefings for executive internal and external meetings and align with all involved stakeholders

* Driving event organization such as international leadership meetings

* Supporting the qualification of inbound requests

* Creating and maintain management reporting

* Booking and arrangement of travel, transport and accommodation

* Supporting in calendar management and organization of meetingsEDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

* Currently enrolled as student at a university or a university of applied sciences

* Preferred fields of study: Business Studies or related fields

* Computer skills: Advanced MS Office

* Language skills: Advanced English and ideally fluent German

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The Security Awareness & Enablement team is part of the SAP Global Security Organization (Board Area: Products & Innovation) and ensures continuous, targeted and consistent communication & enablement inside and outside the company to drive workforce and market awareness based on SAP’s Security strategy. Our team is made up of an international group spanning 3 continents fostering SAP Security enabling the Digital Transformation of our clients and company.
We are looking for a highly motivated student with excellent interpersonal and organizational communications skills, technical savvy and a passion to deliver results to further strengthen our companywide security awareness, communications & enablement activities. In this role, you will support global security awareness campaigns, training and events and all related communications.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

Support the team and the broader SAP Global Security organization with daily work, managing administrative tasks as well as assisting with projects

* Support the development of security escape rooms and other gamified learning materials

* Monitoring of anonymous (security awareness related) inboxes

* Maintenance of related document systems (Jam groups, Wikis, portal pages)

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The Industry Cloud Development - Discrete Industries team is a global group tasked with developing new and innovative products for the Automotive, Aerospace & Defence, High-Tech and Industrial Machinery and Components industries. The Innovation Acceleration team in ICD DI evaluates the functional, technical and commercial viability of new ideas, creating tangible assets which can be used in customer proof points. Solution and Product Management work jointly together to capture new market trends in either existing or new solutions to provide tangible business value for our customers.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

You will contribute to the success of the Discrete Industries Innovation Acceleration team by:

* Supporting the innovation acceleration team during the development of proof of concepts (PoCs) for new ideas

* Supporting the Discrete Industries solution management in early stage idea visualization and prototyping

* Researching and testing breakthrough technologies (Machine Learning, Blockchain, etc.)

* Supporting the innovation acceleration team with day-to-day operations

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) manages the Premier services relationship and plays a pivotal role in ensuring that Customer Experience is considered and viewed as a key technology partner in the successful operation of the customers IT environment. Help position Customer Experience favorably when technology decisions are made by customers for future needs.
The Technical Account Manager is a positive advocate for both the customer and Customer Experience and will be a professional representative at all times in this Operational role.
The Technical Account Manager must be capable of working in a team environment with other technical leaders, engineering staff, and customers to solve strategic customer issues. Drive customer satisfaction by proactively establishing regular communications with target customers, answer customer inquiries, provide updates on critical issues and special project management activities.
Technical Account Management teams are spread globally (Germany, Poland, Canada, US, Australia, China) to ensure 24/7 coverage for customer business.
Within our team, we practice a trust-based working model. If you need to work flexibly from another location or at another time you can do so given your manager’s agreement.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS


* Manage, escalate and drive satisfactory resolution of customers’ technical support, service and infrastructure issues.

* Proactively and reactively interface with customers on-site in the management of technical issues as well as collaborating in planning, implementation, skills and knowledge transfer and day-to-day operation of Customer Experience Cloud Services.

* Proactively monitor technical issues pertaining to Customer Experience Cloud Services and make recommendations to reduce the risk / impact of similar future problems.

* Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Service Readiness, Support Engineers, Product Groups and other technical resources.

* Maintain and expand working knowledge of current and pre-released Customer Experience systems and products, as well as their integration and methods of support delivery.

* Maintain current on industry issues and competitive products.

* Lead in sharing of best practices with team members to contribute and enhance the quality and efficiency of customer support.

* Analyze customer environment data and trends and assist team in preparing recommendations.

* Maintain customer documentation up to date, support knowledge sharing activities.

Required skills

* Student of Computer Science, Software Engineering or Management

* Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills

* Solution-oriented hands-on and service attitude

* Strong multitasking abilities and quick decision-making skills.

* Excellent written and spoken English, knowledge of any other language is considered an asset

Preferred skills

* ITIL Certification(s) or Technology Certification(s) are considered an asset.

* Knowledge of the following is advantageous (Linux, Windows, Java, Database systems, Apache) as well as Project Management experience.
