PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

We are a cloud development team where team agility and team work are the key values of the team. Our team works as part of the bigger family of C/4HANA where our direct focus is to develop services in the order management area which help our customer to meet their customer wishes.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
- Design, Develop and Test (backend and UI), build and operate as part of a SAP Cloud Platform oriented Business Application Team
- Contribute to the design and architecture definition
- Use Agile Software Engineering principles (e.g. TDD, refactoring, usable software)
- Actively look for exposure to new technologies / business processes
- Contribute to requirements definition – provide feedback & engage with PO
- Participate in customer workshops to get empathy for customer needs and understand the customer value of the planned developments
- Contribute to innovation – optimization, machine learning, cloud native technologies
You will be working in a cross functional SCRUM team according to the LEAN development model. In the role of a developer (f/m) you will be responsible for development tasks in a SCRUM team.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- University degree in computer science, business informatics or a related discipline
- Good programming skills in Java
- Fluent German and good English language skills
- Open to innovative ideas and technologies
- Highly customer oriented
- Capable of interdisciplinary and intercultural work
- Experience in Cloud Development (SCP, Microservices)
