Summary & Role Information:As a (Senior) Product Expert for the new Consumer Industry Cloud solutions you will shape the future of SAP in it’s biggest industry following the latest trends in business and technology. You are responsible for the delivery of end-to-end solutions and smaller cloud extension solutions that generate highest impact for customers and brands that everyone in the world knows – in particular focusing on processes for Revenue Growth Management and Customer Experience Management.You will collaborate with your corresponding counterparts in Solution Management, our field, as well as the relevant Product Owners in the Product Engineering organization, and – most important – with our customers in a proven co-innovation approach!And you will contribute to the market success of the industry by supporting the global roll-out activities.Within our team, we practice a trust-based and open-minded working model. Experience (Role Requirements):- Excellent understanding of Consumer Products business needs and trends, especially in the area of CX (Customer Experience)- Deep comprehension of our professional software development process – Strong ability to analyze, define and implement end-to-end business processes in a product development environment with a strong focus on process integration- High customer orientation with a focus on quality and value for our clients- Ability to initiate and lead a virtual team including peers, engineering and the field- Results and execution focused, with a positive can-do attitude and attention to detail- Ability to work in an international team- Excellent German and English language skills
