Summary & Role InformationYou will be involved in marketing content creation for business and C-level executives resonating with customer needs in the area of intelligent process automation. The role will include understanding SAP’s product marketing and community processes, differentiation across the competition, positioning to customers and maintaining a lively external community.Your responsibilities will be:

  • Setup and execute marketing and community campaigns that impact SAP Intelligent RPA customers, partners and enthusiasts. Report on progress and measure its success
  • Create valuable and engaging stories and content to support community initiatives
  • Drive internal communications and enablement activities around SAP Intelligent RPA
  • Define messaging and positioning of the solution with regards to official SAP programs and other SAP products 
  • Collaborate with different teams to get information and materials that are relevant to community members and coordinate the promotion through the different social channels
  • Partner with other teams to build campaigns across organizations to drive awareness among customers and partners that result in increased engagement around SAP Intelligent RPA
  • Role Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience implementing and executing global marketing or communications programs for different stakeholders including Business and C-level executives
  • Experience creating, managing and repurposing content across types, formats, platforms and target groups
  • BS/BA in Marketing or equivalent is required
  • Good understanding of technical audiences (e.g. developers, engineers, consultants, architects, etc.)
  • Excellent project management and interpersonal skills with and a proven track record of working across teams
  • Knowledge and understanding of search engine optimization
  • Can-do attitude, self-motivated, team player
  • Passion for communities, social media and technology
  • Effective internal and external communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Good eye for design, visuals, and layout
  • Knowledge and experience in process automation and/or RPA technology is a plus
