ABOUT THE TEAM Within the Intelligent Enterprise Solutions (IES) organization led by SAP’s CIO, our Skill Management Team prepares the 3,500 IES employees for the future and further develops the learning culture within IES. Growing talents and responding to the skill shift that is required through targeted retaining and retraining of our employees translates into identifying skill gaps, developing appropriate trainings together with internal and external providers, preparing the seamless delivery of these trainings and monitoring the upskilling results.
