Summary & The Role The Cloud-Embedding Services is looking for a Product owner (f/m/d) to help with our next generation cloud-based Analytics platform. You will have the opportunity to hone your skills using leading-edge technologies for Cloud, Mobile, SAP HANA (In-Memory Database) and state-of-the-art Visualization. Your task in our unit include:

  • Take full business ownership of Integrating SAP BW & SAP S/4 Hana with SAC
  • Contribute to the overall SAC integration Architecture, targeting customer adoption and usage
  • Drive technical backlog within team
  • Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to analyse, discuss, define and prioritize product requirements, drill down the requirements to product backlog and inspection of our delivery
  • Collaboration with the involved development teams and cross-organizational communication with stakeholders
  • Drive agile methodologies within team and oversee development stages
  • Support customer escalations

    • Role Requirements  

  • University degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 10 years in product-related / consultant roles focusing on BI project / solutions with SAP BW or BW/4 Hana and SAP Hana
  • Solid understanding of OLAP concepts
  • Experience working with existing BI tools specially SAP Analytics Cloud, AO, Lumira designer
  • Proactive work attitude, ability to drive projects or tasks, take up leading roles and responsibilities, be a self-starter and a quick learner with “Can-Do” mentality
  • Experience with agile development methods
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Strong hands-on mindset 
  • Fluent written and spoken English language skills – German is nice to have
